Ordering your cake should be simple and easy. We want you to be confident in getting the perfect cake delivered to you, without having to put any work in. Let us do it all for you.
Read on for answers to all of your questions about how to order your perfect cake. It’s just a few clicks away, whether it’s an existing cake design or a unique cake for you.
Frequently asked questions
For cakes, we have both off-the-shelf cake styles and a custom cake design service.
Off-the-shelf cakes can be ordered from the shop and can be personalised with name, age and potentially other elements like favourite football shirt (just check each design to see) so you get the perfect cake delivered to you.
For bespoke cake designs, just get in touch using the bespoke order form.
All orders can be paid via card or Paypal. If buying from the shop, full payment is needed when you place your order.
When ordering a bespoke cake, we need a £20 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. The balance is then due one week before delivery.
Delivery is free on all of our products within Milton Keynes (postcodes MK1 through to MK15 and MK19).
Every cake is delivered by hand around Milton Keynes .
Off-the-shelf cakes can be delivered within 48hrs of ordering. If it’s less than 48hrs until your celebration, please get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to help.
Bespoke designs usually take one week to design and make, but if you need something sooner we can often accommodate if there is space in the diary.
Our basic cake flavours are vanilla, chocolate, Nutella, lemon, strawberry, biscoff, red velvet and salted caramel. However we can accommodate any flavour you like, just ask when ordering.
We love to experiment with new and delicious cake flavours, so just tell us your favourite and we’ll make it into a cake for you. We pride ourselves on using the freshest ingredients to make each cake taste great, so no matter what your favourite is, your cake will be delivered delicious!
We label all allergens on the product pages for off-the-shelf items. Additionally, all cakes and bakes come clearly labelled with an allergen sticker showing what allergens the food contains.
Nuts are present in the kitchen environment.
